At the CRE Summit Technology break out session, one of the take-aways was this State of the Market Report 2014 created by the CRE//Tech Intersect and Pierce Neinken. 

It is a free download but it's 60 pages of software that is in various stages of production - and what that software's mission, functionality and future enhancements are about. As we are all looking for software to streamline our business and increase productivity, this primer is an excellent resource to assist in your research.
