At the CRE Summit, the Technology Breakout session was especially a hit.
The session was organized and moderated by Sally Cohen of eGrowth Marketing. The speaker, Pierce Neinken of CBRE San Fransisco is also the organizer of CRE//Tech Intersect.
While much of what Pierce was talking in the full session is still in development, these software offerings are in Beta or production. Pick your area of need and check out the software. Pierce is not advocating any of these companies but by bringing them into easy to understand categories, it will cut your research time down significantly.
