Very interesting to see how the national commercial real estate companies approach marketing - and how much they invest in bringing to the local level. Some have limited their channels to the majors to support, others support everything from YouTube to Instagram.
CBRE won in this national survey. Not surprising. Their Blueprint articles are interesting and cross geographic lines easily. Clearly not focused on just urban or East coast markets. Their posts are timely, mixed and clearly defined.
Colliers placed #4 in this survey. In my opinion, where they shine in is supporting a local version of their national marketing efforts. Their email news blast is a true localized commercial real estate blast.
Pass along this survey to your marketing expert. Have them review all the marketing channels and give you an assessment. This should give a clear picture of how they view commercial real estate marketing.
