The Omaha Chamber of Commerce released their New and Expanding Business Tracking report for 2015. (There are new, monthly reports - as I receive, I'll share.)
Even without all of the tracking detail for new and existing business expansion, this is quite a nice tabulation of added jobs and investment to Omaha.
In meetings with the CRE Summit board (Commercial Real Estate Summit), there is still a conversation that with 3% unemployment in Omaha, an expanding business community and 2 of the largest building projects in North America going on - this doesn't reflect where we could be with more of the essential resources of time and labor.
Very exciting to be in business in Omaha.
