Hal was referencing back to Jobbers Canyon and the contrast to what is now happening with ConAgra.
That is an elegant way to put the issues of how that land is looked at for the next phase of its use in Omaha.
Do we as real estate developers build what we want? Do we build for what consumers want? Or do we build a solution that works for 30 years from now?
