As always, I like to be on the cutting edge of technology and the right amenities to attract clients, tenants and employees for my clients. 

Tesla is an emerging technology leader for electric cars and batteries. Cars are available for order to a local dealer - and a few have been spotted around Omaha. 

In 1/2 hour at a Supercharger station adds 170 miles of range. But the only Supercharger station install for the Omaha/Council Bluffs area through 2016 is at the Metro Crossing Shopping Center at Lake Manawa. 

Something to consider if your target is high end consumers.
