LR444 Tax Incentive Evaluation Committee

If you are interested in Nebraska’s tax incentive programs, plan to attend one of two public hearings Nebraska lawmakers will be holding the last week of August.  These public hearings are part of a study of ways to better evaluate state tax incentive programs. Hearings will be held on:

August 27th at 1:30 PM - Ockinga Seminar Center - University of Nebraska at Kearney

August 28th at 1:30 PM - Room 1113 of the State Capital in Lincoln  (At the Lincoln hearing, invited testimony will be scheduled first, followed by comments from the public).
