SB Communities, leaders in home-quality apartment communities in the Midwest, celebrated the grand opening of The Sterling Apartments August 1st with members of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, incoming residents, and other guests. “As we’ve been building, we’ve been so welcomed by the Grand Island community and it feels great to be able to return the favor,” said Jerry Slusky, SB Communities’ co-founder. “We’re happy stop and celebrate, but we also want to keep the momentum going.”
The newly opened, 60 unit building, will soon be joined by another 60 unit resident building, as well as a clubhouse and swimming pool. The next building of apartment homes will be move-in ready by October
